Vision
Aureux Groupe offers highly specialized logistics and regulatory services for the aviation industry. We work directly with aircraft manufacturers, builders, engineers, private owners, government, and military aviation departments to enable seamless transport, sourcing, and compliance operations.
In aviation, bureaucracy is often the greatest obstacle to innovation. Our role is to navigate the regulatory, logistical, and administrative complexities that slow down development — providing clarity, speed, and reliability where others see red tape.
Whether it’s moving a prototype aircraft across borders, importing non-certified parts for experimental builds, or handling complex export classifications, we ensure that our clients' missions aren’t grounded by process. We support innovation by removing friction from the aviation supply chain.
Our expertise spans not just traditional aircraft transport, but also composite tooling, UAV logistics, and experimental avionics integration—enabling faster development cycles in a highly regulated industry.
Services
Aircraft Transport Logistics
We manage complete aircraft movement, including ferry flights, disassembly/reassembly, hangar coordination, and international airworthiness compliance. Our services include route planning, overflight permits, crew logistics, and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) recovery anywhere in the world.
We also support composite manufacturing workflows, including sourcing of layup tooling, vacuum systems, and specialty carbon components for UAVs and light experimental aircraft.
Aircraft Parts Sales & Sourcing
Our inventory includes rotable, expendable, and consumable parts for commercial, private, and cargo aircraft. We source from certified OEMs and MRO partners and ensure traceability through FAA 8130-3 and EASA Form 1 documentation.
Our logistics chain also supports integration of experimental avionics systems, including custom telemetry, flight control modules, and research instrumentation.
Import & Export Services
We specialize in the international movement of certified and non-certified aviation parts and airframes, including those for ultralight and experimental aircraft. Our team has extensive experience importing and exporting products from manufacturers such as Garmin, Rotax, Continental, Lycoming, Kanardia, and other key players in the general aviation and light sport sectors.
We manage logistics for prototype aircraft, custom assemblies, avionics, instruments, and engine packages — ensuring full documentation, classification, and regulatory adherence under EASA, FAA, and regional aviation authorities.
For non-certified and experimental aircraft parts, we provide strategic compliance consultation. We help our clients navigate complex import/export classifications, exemption codes, and airworthiness acceptability depending on destination and intended use.
Our services include export control compliance (including ITAR and EAR when applicable), temporary import bonds (TIB), Carnet ATA documentation, and customs brokerage tailored to the aviation sector. Our multilingual team ensures communication with customs, civil aviation authorities, and regulatory bodies across continents is accurate and seamless.
Fleet Support & Strategy Consulting
We help fleet operators optimize maintenance schedules, reduce turnaround times, and maintain inventory efficiency through predictive sourcing and logistics planning.
Handling
Our handling projects reflect our unique role in supporting emerging aerospace innovation, particularly in North America and the European Union. We work closely with aircraft manufacturers, engineers, and government contractors to supply essential components and systems through tightly regulated channels.
Specialty Component Supply:
• Coordinated the international shipment of carbon fiber molds and tooling used in the manufacture of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and experimental aircraft fuselages for European defense and research institutions.
• Supported the logistics of composite layup materials, resins, and precision manufacturing equipment destined for aircraft development programs across North America and the EU.
• Facilitated importation of non-certified engines, experimental avionics, and custom electrical systems into North America for ultralight, UAV, and research-based aircraft programs.
Avionics & Engine Deliveries:
• Delivered Garmin instrumentation suites, experimental flight displays, and telemetry equipment to certified and non-certified aircraft builders in compliance with FAA and EASA guidelines.
• Supplied Rotax, Lycoming, and Continental engines into the EU and U.S. for use in E-AB and LSA-class aircraft, including packaging, air freight coordination, and regulatory processing.
• Enabled multi-unit engine and avionics deployments for prototype UAV programs in test and development phases.
Regulatory & Compliance Handling:
• Provided advisory and execution services for importing prototype and research aircraft under experimental, test, and non-commercial classifications.
• Structured customs and classification strategies for shipments of composite assemblies, sensitive avionics, and dual-use technologies bound for aviation R&D projects.
• Acted as liaison between clients and civil aviation authorities to ensure uninterrupted flow of aerospace goods through regulatory environments in North America and Europe.
